What is the meaning of true love and is it often when people get to meet their soul mate?

True love is unconditional and it stands the test of time. I'm not sure how often it is that people meet their soul mate, some people don't believe in that kind of thing, and some people are married for years and suddenly call it quits, so I don't know about that one.
