It would make sense. From what I heard penis size is determined by your height. Shorter man shorter penis. Asians are short. Also if it is such a big rumor it must be true.

I don't think so for the reason that Asia is the largest continent, you cannot determine the averages by the size of Asia which includes the Middle East to SE Asia. Next reason is that many asian people are poor and undernourished, since most of them are undernourished, the averages of sizes are pulled down to 5.33in. Impossible for many asians to have this length. Nourished asians have 6-8in range, believe me. AND, height does not correspond to penis size, although at some rare times it does. Not all asians are short too.
