In a sense yes .Muslims deserve respect. Just because there are a few radicals out there, it doesn't mean all of them are bad. All human beings deserve respect. I don't care what Obama worships, be it Wright's racist, separatist hatred, Jesus's blind love for all, or Muhammad's moon....His political policy and views are APPALLING and detrimental to the American dream, democracy and the citizens of this country. I dont believe that is true. Many people of the Muslim faith are decent, law abiding individuals. One can not judge an entire faith on the actions of the extremists. If that were true, all Christians would have a bad name, as well. We have a few extremists that believe in killing in order to support the greater good. (as they see it) Obama is a christian. I, myself have tried many different studies in the area of religion. I have found none to be more close to my heart than Christianity. It is the way I have chosen. However, in doing so, I have come to the conclusion that God wants us to learn to love, and not hate anyone. God wants us to treat our neighbors as we would ourselves. If we all would show some love and respect to others, as we would have it shown to us, this world would not be in the current state of hatred that we are all experiencing now.
There's nothing new about Muslims wanting to kill themselves and the rest of us in equal numbers and zeal. A Muslim does not give a rat's @ss what color skin his target has, and a bullet will go through black skin, white skin, red skin, yellow skin or brown skin with the same ease, speed and accuracy. Dead is dead, no matter what color the murder victim.
