No, it's not exactly . My baby boy's heartbeat was 178 during the 1st trimesterIs it true that a high heart rate means it could be a girl?
My son had a heartbeat of about 180 beats per minute and everyone assumed he was going to be a girl because of this. I am currently pregnant with a heart rate of about 155 beats per minute and we just found out this one is also a boy.
I think it is just an old wives tale.
eh that's midwife stuff, I had a midwife and she herself told me not to go by those tells. the best thing to do is wait for an ultrasound, I know that's not what you wanted to hear but that's one of the best ways to know.
maybe. a friend of the family said when she went to her doctors office in her early wks of pregnancy the doctor told her she was having a girl cause of the heartbeat rate being high. and she did have a girl!
There is no scientific evidence that heartrate has anything to do with a baby's gender.
Both of my boys had high heartrates.
yes, and it also means it could possibly be a boy
DO NOT BELIEVE IN OLD WIVES TALES.
I went by them which every single one indicated a boy, and i just been told i have a little girl in there.
no not true at all. My son was 175 all the way through my pregnancy. Now my girl is only 140 at highest with this one. Good Luck.
no i'm having a boy and those heart rates were about what my son was at :)
